To provide CLE credit to attorneys who attend a program, the program must be accredited so that attorneys can use the credit in the states or jurisdictions where they are licensed. The CLE rules differ by state and jurisdiction. The CLE Experts will submit your programs for approval to the state or jurisdiction to ensure that participants can receive CLE credit.
The CLE Experts will review your written materials and/or PowerPoint presentations to ensure that they will qualify for CLE credit.
We will compile the agenda, materials and faculty/presenter biographies and submit the applications to the appropriate states or jurisdictions.
We provide you with sign-in sheets and verification codes and any other necessary forms to take to your CLE presentation.
After a CLE program, we distribute CLE Certificates of Attendance and CLE Certificates of Teaching to participants and faculty/presenters.
Some MCLE states/jurisdictions require that CLE providers report attendance directly to the state or jurisdiction. Where necessary The CLE Experts reports attendance.
After each CLE presentation, The CLE Experts provide the required form of evaluation to those who participated in the program.
